The Grow with Google Coaches program trains thousands of business leaders across the country through a mix of in-person and virtual workshops. In 2026, these workshops will focus on four core areas to enable modern business success:
- AI-powered productivity
- Digital marketing and customer growth
- Data-driven insights and analytics
- Storytelling and brand amplification
Small business owners will learn how to apply Google tools such as Gemini, Google AI Studio, Nano Banana, Veo 3, NotebookLM, and more to real-world business challenges. This will help them save time, reache new customers, and drive measurable outcomes.
WHAT IS A REGIONAL COACH?
Regional Coaches are the face of the program in their regions.
As a Coach, you will:
- Deliver AI-focused workshops to small business owners
- Build relationships with entrepreneur support organizations and community leaders
- Represent Google and Goodie Nation with professionalism and authenticity
- Help entrepreneurs translate AI education into real business results
Coaches are not traditional teachers. They are practitioners – the people who have built, operated, marketed, or scaled businesses and enjoy sharing best practices with others.
