We Have Friends Everywhere: Introducing the First Wave of Goodie FC
We’re building something unique over the next few months.
At Goodie Nation, we’ve always been about one thing: relationships as infrastructure. Now, with the launch of Goodie FC, we’re scaling that idea into a multi-city system designed to move $50M+ in social capital through 50,000+ interactions for 1,500+ innovators during the big soccer tournament this summer.
This isn’t a program. This isn’t a series of events.
This is a networked system for opportunity.
Our theme says it best: We Have Friends Everywhere. And today, we’re excited to announce the first major update that brings this system to life.

Meet the First Batch Goodie FC Welcoming Committee Members
If Goodie FC is a system, then the Welcoming Committee is the distribution layer.
This first cohort of 30+ connectors represents a powerful cross-section of the innovation economy, founders, operators, community builders, and ecosystem leaders, spanning key cities like: Atlanta, New York City, Los Angeles, Houston, and Dallas
What stands out
- City density + reach: Strong representation in Atlanta and NYC, with growing presence across emerging innovation hubs like Houston.
- Role diversity: Members range from startup founders and venture operators to ecosystem architects and storytellers – people who don’t just participate in community, they shape it.
- High social capital profiles: Many members bring deep networks across tech, media, capital, and culture – exactly what’s needed to seed thousands of meaningful interactions.
A few standout connectors
While every member plays a critical role, a few profiles immediately signal the level we’re operating on: Alana Leverette, Brian Cayce, Chris Moreno, Kristina Morris, Noelle Lucas, and Linnea Geiss in Atlanta, Regina Gwynn, Kenneth Ebie, and Ny Whitaker in NYC, Trevor Wilkins in Los Angeles, Brittany King in Houston, and Vontoba Terry and Kedreon Cole in Dallas.
These are the people who:
- Know who you should meet
- Know where you should go
- And know how to turn an introduction into opportunity
Their job is simple but powerful: seed connections, build trust locally, guide behavior, and activate their network
Together, this group, with many more added over the next few weeks, will help facilitate 13,000+ meaningful interactions across cities.

Introducing Our First Community Dinner Hosts
If the Welcoming Committee distributes connections, Community Dinners convert them into deeper relationships. We’ve assembled an initial group of 17 hosts who will lead intimate, high-trust gatherings.
What stands out
- Professional depth: Founders, executives, and operators with real influence. People who can bring together curated rooms of builders, creators, and decision-makers.
- Community credibility: These aren’t just hosts they’re trusted conveners in their ecosystems.
Why this matters
Each dinner is intentionally small, just 8-10 people per table, but the impact is massive. We expect
- 162 total dinners
- 1,296 curated attendees
- 10,000+ high-quality interactions
- $5M+ in social capital generated
This is where introductions turn into partnerships, conversations turn into deals, and networks turn into real business relationships
This is the deal flow engine of Goodie FC.

The Goodie Nation House Is Coming to Atlanta
Every system needs a center of gravity.
Enter the Goodie Nation House – our flagship experience during the World Cup. Think of it like a mini-conference. This is where volume meets depth.
Across the tournament, the Goodie House will bring together: innovators, founders, storytellers, investors and funders, creators, operators, cultural leaders, and more for for curated experiences including:
- Fireside chats
- Relationship building
- Intimate conversations with influential voices
Atlanta, we’re starting with you
One of our anchor experiences will take place at Retreat by The Gathering Spot – a space that represents the future of culture, luxury, and community.
This isn’t just a venue. It’s a signal.
Why the House matters
The Goodie House is our:
- Depth engine (highest quality interactions)
- Trust accelerator (face-to-face > digital)
- Conversion layer (turning connections into real outcomes)
We expect the House alone to drive $6M+ in social capital.

Welcoming Jorge Calderon to the Goodie Nation Board
Momentum is also about leadership.
We’re excited to welcome Jorge Calderon to the Goodie Nation Board of Directors. Jorge brings deep experience at the intersection of technology, investment, and global ecosystems And he’s not just joining the board, he’s activating immediately.
What’s next
Jorge will be hosting a Community Dinner in San Francisco during the World Cup, further strengthening our presence on the West Coast and connecting global innovators at a critical moment. We think about leadership not just governance, but in participation.

This Is Just the Beginning
Let’s zoom out. Goodie FC is designed so that:
