Why We’re Partnering with Google to Power the Next Generation of Small Business Leaders with AI

I’m pumped to share a major milestone not only for Goodie Nation, but for small business communities across the country.

In 2026, Goodie Nation will partner with Google to run the Grow with Google Coaches program. Since 2017, this nationwide program has helped small business owners build practical skills and I’m excited to support its growth as it focuses on training businesses in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital marketing. This partnership represents a shared belief that AI, when made accessible, relevant, and community-driven, can unlock real economic opportunity for entrepreneurs everywhere.

What the Grow with Google Coaches Program Is All About

The Grow with Google Coaches program trains thousands of business leaders across the country through a mix of in-person and virtual workshops. In 2026, these workshops will focus on four core areas to enable modern business success:

  • AI-powered productivity
  • Digital marketing and customer acquisition
  • Data-driven insights and analytics
  • Storytelling and brand amplification

Our goal is not to teach theory, but to help business owners apply Google tools like Gemini, Nano Banana, NotebookLM, and more to the real challenges they face every day, therefore helping save them time, reache new customers, and grow sustainably.

We’ll be hosting workshops in key markets across the country, and intentionally aligning them with major cultural and business moments. For us, this isn’t just about scale; it’s about building trust, strengthening local ecosystems, and ensuring that education leads to real-world impact.

We’re Now Accepting Applications for Regional Coaches

A critical part of this program is the people who bring it to life.

We’re now accepting applications to become a Regional Coach for the Grow with Google Coaches program. These Coaches will be experienced innovators, business owners, entrepreneurs, storytellers, and community builders who care deeply about small businesses and enjoy teaching and sharing what they’ve learned.

Regional Coaches won’t just deliver workshops. They’ll build relationships, collaborate with local entrepreneur support organizations, and help small business owners turn AI from a buzzword into a practical tool for growth.

Introducing the Google AI Amplifier Panel

To support this launch and recruit the right leaders, we’ll be hosting the Google AI Amplifier Panel on Thursday, January 22nd at 12pm EST.

This virtual panel is designed for people who see themselves as coaches, connectors, and ecosystem builders. We’ll talk openly about:

  • How professionals transition into “coaching entrepreneurs”
  • How Google’s AI tools are being used in real businesses today
  • What it really means to serve as a Regional Coach in this program

If you’ve ever felt called to teach, mentor, or support entrepreneurs at scale, this event is for you.

Why This Work Matters to Me

Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and access to practical, high-quality AI education is no longer optional – it is essential.

I’m incredibly proud that Goodie Nation gets to partner with Google on this work. Together, we’re continuing to fuel a program that meets business owners where they are, builds trust through community, and ensures that innovation translates into real opportunity.

This partnership builds on Google’s longstanding commitment to small businesses and Goodie Nation’s experience delivering community-driven programs at scale. I believe deeply that when we combine technology with relationships, we don’t just teach skills we change trajectories.
