Integgra Valuation & Advisory Services Signs on to Sponsor Our Investor Readiness Series
Today, we’re excited to announce that Atlanta-based Integgra Valuation & Advisory Services is the presenting sponsor for an initiative to help tech-focused social entrepreneurs and diverse founders become better prepared for relationships with investors. Called Investor Readiness, the series will include a pair of 30-day sprints taking place this month and in the Fall, and will feature a virtual conversation on investor due diligence with Graham Gintz, Founder of Knightley, on March 18th, a virtual conversation on startup valuation with Gregg Ficery, President of Integgra Valuation & Advisory Services, on March 25th, and Founders’ Therapy: Frustrations Over Raising Capital on Friday, March 26th.
“Company valuation and due diligence preparation are very important things for early-stage CEOs to understand and can be make-or-break moments for startups,” said Joey Womack, CEO of Goodie Nation. “Yet many social entrepreneurs and diverse founders, particularly those not located in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York, don’t have the relationships needed to learn these concepts. This partnership with Integgra Valuation & Advisory Services helps to close this knowledge gap which is so crucial for startup success.”
“I am very excited to have the opportunity to work with the Goodie Nation community to offer consultative guidance on business valuations to give its start-up founders and executives the best information and education to execute successful fundraising initiatives,” said Ficery.
