Tech Equity Collective, an initiative led by Google, has partnered with Goodie Nation to distribute $2M in non-dilutive financial capital to 36 organizations within the US which are focused on re-skilling, up0skilling, and job-matching for Black technical talent through the Tech Equity Collective Impact Fund.

In addition to non-dilutive capital, recipients of the fund receive wrap-around support from Goodie Nation in the form of accountability group sessions, warm introductions to corporate innovators and media as well as group therapy, 1:1 connections to advisors based on their individual needs, professional development sessions, and a platform to tell their stories and amplify their businesses. 

Combining non-dilutive financial capital with social capital has the potential to change the trajectory of the tech workforce in the US. This is what it means to be Intentionally Good. This is tech done right.
